You don’t need a new life.

You need to come back to yourself.

The Alignment Audit — A Self-Guided Reset for the woman who knows something is off, and is ready to gently figure out what.

You can tell.

You can’t always explain it, but you can tell. Something is off. Not catastrophically — you haven’t blown up your life. But something is quietly out of step. A routine you used to love that feels heavier now. A relationship that takes more than it gives. A version of “fine” you’ve been wearing for so long you’ve stopped noticing how it fits.

You don’t need to overhaul your life. You need to look at it honestly.

That’s what this audit is for.

What is The Alignment Audit?

The Alignment Audit is a three-part, self-guided workbook experience that walks you through a calm, structured reflection on where your life is right now and what wants your attention next.

It is not a course. It is not a 47-step planner. It is not another framework asking you to wake up at 5 AM.

It is a slow, beautiful, honest conversation with yourself — held in the form of three guided workbooks, each one short enough to finish in a sitting and deep enough to actually change something.

This is for you if…

  • You sense you’re out of alignment but can’t quite name where.

  • You’ve been quietly disappointed in routines and goals that didn’t stick.

  • You’re tired of self-help that adds more to your plate.

  • You want clarity without the chaos of starting over.

  • You’re ready to be honest with yourself in a gentle, supported way.

  • You appreciate work that holds space for faith — or for inner wisdom — without forcing either.

Inside the Alignment Audit

  • Module 1 — Awareness: Where Am I Now?

A grounded look at where you stand emotionally, mentally, and energetically. You’ll identify what’s steady, what’s heavy, and what’s asking for your attention. This is the truth-telling module.

  • Module 2 — Clarity: Understanding What Keeps You Stuck

A compassionate look at the patterns, beliefs, and boundaries that have been quietly running the show. This is the why behind the what.

  • Module 2 — Movement: How Do I Move Forward?

A focused, realistic 30-day alignment road map. One or two priorities, one aligned habit, one clear next step. This is where insight becomes action.

Each workbook begins with a short reflection to help you slow down and connect with what matters most.

Why the check-in matters…

The workbooks ask honest questions. Most of us answer honest questions more honestly when someone is going to ask about our answers. The check-in isn’t a full coaching session — it’s a 30-minute moment to be heard, reflected back to, and pointed toward what’s next.

If you’re someone who finishes things on your own, Tier 1 is plenty. If you are someone that needs an accountability partner, choose Tier 2.

MEET Coach Theo

Hi, I'm Theodora!

I'm an Intentional Living Coach, author, and speaker passionate about helping women create lives that feel aligned, meaningful, and true to who they are today.

Many women aren't actually stuck. They're managing responsibilities, meeting expectations, and doing all the things—but something still feels off. They know they're ready for change; they're just not sure where to begin.

That's why I created the Alignment Audit.

This guided self-reflection experience is designed to help you slow down, gain clarity, and identify the areas of your life that may be out of alignment. Through thoughtful reflection, you'll uncover what's no longer serving you, reconnect with what matters most, and identify your next intentional step forward.

Because lasting change doesn't begin with doing more. It begins with awareness, honesty, and intention.

How long does it take?

Each workbook takes about 30–60 minutes to complete thoughtfully. You can move through all three in a weekend or give yourself time to work through them over several weeks. There is no right pace—only the pace that works for you.

What if I'm not sure where to start?

Start with the first workbook and trust the process. The workbooks are designed to build on one another, guiding you from awareness to clarity and then into intentional action. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.

I have a stack of unfinished journals. Will this be different?

Maybe. These workbooks are designed to be practical and reflective, with guided exercises that help you move from awareness to action. Instead of endless journaling, you'll be identifying patterns, gaining clarity, and creating intentional next steps.

Is this a course or a coaching program?

Neither. This is a self-guided workbook experience designed to help you slow down, reflect, and gain clarity. If you decide you'd like additional support, coaching options are available separately.

What if I want additional support later?

You can start with the self-guided experience and add a coaching check-in later if you'd like personalized guidance and accountability.

How are the workbooks delivered?

After purchase, you'll receive immediate access to your digital workbooks. If you've selected the coaching check-in option, you'll also receive instructions for scheduling your session.

Do I have to be religious to do this?

No. While my coaching is grounded in my faith, these workbooks are designed for women from a variety of backgrounds and beliefs. You'll find optional spiritual reflection prompts alongside alternatives that invite personal reflection and self-awareness.

The first step isn't creating a new plan.

It's understanding where you are today.

The Alignment Audit helps you slow down, reflect honestly, and move forward with intention.
